29/5/2016 Jointly with our Club Branch, we donated RM2,000 to Thalassemia patient Ms. Chong Jing Man, hospitalized at Subang Jaya Medical Centre. The public donation drive was spearheaded by Lions Club Subang Jaya to assist in settling their escalating medical bills. Everyone was saddened as, just three days after President Yvonne and Secretary Jessie’s visit, she succumbs. May she Rest in Eternal Peace and God gives strength to her family members.
This blogspot will be a source of information particularly to members and our Friends of Lions regarding services, activities, meetings and fellowships. Your views, opinions and contributions regarding Lions services or otherwise would be appreciated.

13 FEB 2016 ANNUAL LOH SANG FELLOWSHIP GATHERING
2016 ushering the Year of Fire Monkey, we decided to opt for Buffet High-Tea instead of the normal 8 course Chinese meal for our Annual Loh Sang Fellowship Gathering. Another change saw many Friends of Lions who have one way or another assisted in our projects participating in this gathering too. We had 14 Lions and 25 including spouses, family members and Friends of Lions, making this event a success. Compliments to the Chef of Dorsett Regency Hotel, Jalan Imbi, Kuala Lumpur who made the delicious Yee Sang, of course this would not be possible without the directions of OC Kam Poh Ling. We ate from noon till 4 pm and all left home with a Happy Stomach indeed !!
